Shipping within the United States:

Domestic in-stock orders placed and shipped within the United States may take up to 2-6 business days to ship after order processing. Please allow an additional 1-2 days for processing on express orders. For immediate or express shipping please contact our sales team to confirm the product availability and shipping time as some items may be back ordered or shipping directly from the manufacturer. Express shipping is available for all in-stock items. Please contact customer service for same-day shipping options. Shipping estimates will be provided at the time of checkout. 

* Shipping and processing times are based on weekdays, including Monday through Friday. Items purchased on weekends, Saturday and Sunday, may not be processed or shipped until following weekdays.  We are closed on all major holidays. We have Posted on Website and on Google if we are closed. Shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any shipment delays due to shipping carriers. Risk of loss passes to the receiver upon the shipping carrier's confirmation of delivery. If your packages shows delivered to the correct address we are not responsible missing packages. You will need to reach out to the shipping carrier and open a claim.

* Most of our items are in-stock and shipped from Allure Couture Dresses. All shipments will require a direct signature from the recipient if any order is over $500.00 dollars and leaving from our location. Some orders may be filled directly through the manufacturer of the item(s). Should you need to make special arrangements for delivery please contact our staff before placing the order. Requests will be evaluated and approved on a case-by-case basis. Please notify us immediately within 24 HOURS of receiving the package by email at cs@allurecourturedresses.com with any shipping damages.  

 Please also understand stock is subject to change. If item is not in stock we will contact you in 1 to 2 business day through normal business hours.

 

International Shipping:

International in-stock orders placed and shipped from outside the United States may take up to 4-7 business days after order processing depending on the country for delivery. Processing time frame 4-6 business days. Express shipping is available for most countries. Not all carriers are available to ship to all countries we offer shipping to. Allure Couture Dresses reserves the right to change the shipping carrier if there is an issue with the carrier being able to deliver to the designated country within a timely matter. Please notify us if you have a close wear date for your order so we may look into expediting your order. Allure Couture Dresses will not be held responsible for shipments that may take longer than expected for delivery due to shipping carrier, foreign customs policies, or additional taxes and duties that may be imposed by the destination country.

 

Foreign Duties and Taxes:

The customer or recipient of the order is responsible for paying all taxes or duties associated with the order. Allure Couture Dresses will not be held responsible for shipments that are not received due to unpaid foreign duties or taxes. Store Credit will not be offered due to unpaid taxes and duties.

 

International Shipping Rates:

We ship internationally with UPS, DHL, FedEx and USPS. The rates for shipping are calculated by the shipping carriers based on the size and weight of the package. For express international shipping, please contact us directly.
