RETURN POLICY


Return Policy:

To return your dress, a Return Authorization is required. Returns must be requested by email within 5 days of the order being delivered at your address. Once approved the dress must be ship out within 5 business days.

  • For domestic order refunds: 15% restocking fee. We do offer $12 (per item) for a prepaid return shipping label if the customer request a return shipping label by email.
  • For international order refunds: 15% restocking fee. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a prepaid return shipping label for international orders. Return shipping will be your responsibility. Please choose a tracked shipping method, since you'll be required to submit a tracking number for the returned package.
  • Please note that any amount paid for expedited shipping or international shipping is non-refundable.

Items NOT eligible for Return: Final Sale/Clearance Items, Quinceanera, Discount Codes, Special Orders,  and Custom Order Dresses.

All returned items are inspected. Item(s) must be in their original, new condition with tags attached and no signs of wear, damage, alterations, stains, makeup/deodorant marks, snags, tears, pet hair, lint or odors (i.e. perfumes, cigarette smoke) otherwise they will not qualify for return/store credit. We reserve the right to refuse any item with any of the above casualties. Should a damaged dress be returned to us, a notification will be sent to the email associated with the order and customer has 5 days to contact us with a return shipping label or we will donate it.

 

Customer has 24 hours after delivery to inform us if and products they received are damaged or has a defect by email. Any refused shipments will incur a 25% penalty and issued a store credit.

How long will it take to get my refund?

Your refund will be issued up to 4 business days after your package is received and verify that the items returned meet the requirements. Depending on your bank / credit card company, it can take up to 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

Order Cancellations

Some of the dresses we sell are made-to-order. That means that the dress will not actually be made until you've ordered it.

If you do change your mind and want to cancel the order, you must email us within 12 hours. Because it's very hard for us to stop the production process of a dress once it's started.

About Sizing / Alterations

Sizes shown on product pages are in U.S. sizes and are given to us by the designer.

Please note that designers may use different sizing conventions from each other or from other types of clothing you may be used to, so make sure to check the measuring guide we provide on each product page and match it to the product's size chart to ensure your best fit!

It's also important to remember that there are many different body shapes and alteration is very often required on special occasion dresses to make it just right for you!
